A lot of people who come to paint with me share that their biggest block to creativity is that they don’t think of themselves as creative.
I believe that we are ALL artists, creating our communities, our families, and our lives. I believe that within the human spirit lies an innate creative quality that, when awoken, And when we practice being intentionally creative we can learn how to be an artist everywhere, whether making a painting or making a decision.
This course is a 7 day creative journey that uses paint and play to intentionally connect us with the creative spirit within us all.
Learning how to enter the creative flow is essential in accessing the deep well of creative energy available within us. Being in the flow means we begin to move in harmony with a larger guiding creative energy which allows us to rely less on the mechanics or technique of making art, and more on our ability to tune in to the heart. And perhaps most importantly, we develop the courage to say YES to what wants to express through us!
The intention of this course is to help you become aware of the difference between living and creating from the head, and living and creating from the heart. And, to support you in building greater capacity to tune in to, and respond to, the wisdom of the heart… the home of our creative flow.

How long will I have access to this e-course? You will have lifetime access to this course. You can take your time moving through and/or revisiting the materials as many times as you would like.
What supplies do I need? This course is designed to be especially accessible in terms of supplies. A more specific materials list is provided within the course, however the basic materials you will need include: mixed media paper, acrylic craft paint, pencil, palette, basic brushes, rag, protective covering, water jar.
Is this e-course for me if I’ve never painted before? Absolutely! This course is for painters of all skill levels as it is not about the mechanics or technique of making art. Entering The Creative Flow builds our capacity to tune in to the heart and what is wanting to authentically express through you, and developing the courage to say YES!
Is this e-course for me if I’m already an established artist? Yes! This painting journey is a beautiful companion for seasoned artists to keep their creative energy flowing.

I’ve never taken an e-course before. How does it work? In an e-course, the content is offered online rather than in person. Once you register, you will receive an email with a PDF that includes a link to the online classroom and your login information. In this online space, you will see that the course content is organized into 7 days of process painting. Though the daily prompts are intended to be explored in the order they appear, you will have immediate and lifetime access to all course content to enjoy at your own pace. Note: You will need reliable internet service in order to watch the instructional videos.
